U Kiss that consists of AJ, Soohyun, Hoon, Kiseop, Eli, Kevin, and Dongho, successfully fired the first flare of the South America project.
According to their agency, NH Media, on November 3, U Kiss successfully ended their solo concert at Estadio Monomental in Lima, Peru on November 1.
A publicist of the agency says, “7,000 people, the number of the people gathered and their enthusiasm was beyond our expectations.” This was the second time that a Korean artist performed in Peru after JYJ.
The media showed a lot of attention towards U Kiss’ concert. The biggest broadcasting company American Channel made a special live talk show before the concert.
After the concert, many broadcasting companies and acquaintances of multiple broadcasting media have sought them out for various events.
U Kiss’ agency reveals, “We don’t think of South American market as a one-time issue. Starting with Peru, we are planning and adjusting our promotion schedule in Brazil, Mexico, Chile, and Columbia. We will be the first Korean artist to tour around five countries of South America.
U Kiss will come back to Korea after a fan meeting with 2,000 fans on November 2.
